Dharmādhārā is a legally registered not-for-profit Trust, founded with the blessings of the Ubhaya Jagadgurus of Dakṣiṇāmnāya Śṛṅgerī Śāradā Pīṭham and Śrī Śrī Amṛtānanda Sarasvatī Swāmī.
Rooted in Sanātana Dharma, Dharmādhārā operates a Veda Pāṭhaśālā and Gauśālā at Chilkur near Hyderabad, conducts Yajña Nirvāhaṇa across the country, and undertakes heritage restoration in Nellore — each a pillar of the Dharmic civilisational continuum.

Based on the Pāṭhyakrama of Svāmī Amṛtānanda Sarasvatī, this 12-year integrated curriculum of Indian Knowledge Systems is structured in three developmental phases. Students enter at age 7–8 (post-Upanayana) and complete their Vidyā-Snatak at approximately age 19–20 — the traditional Brahmacharya period. Loukika, Sāṃskṛtika, and Vaidika learning are unified under one roof.

Yajña is not merely a fire ritual — it is selfless offering (nisvārtha samarpaṇa). The Pañca Mahāyajña — offerings to devas, ṛṣis, pitṛs, guests, and all beings — is the foundation of Dharmic household life.

All yajñas conducted by Dharmādhārā follow the prescriptions of Śāstra — performed with Veda teachers and students (adhyāpaka–adhyayana), married Trayambhika dīkṣitas, Trayambhika initiates, and Brāhmaṇas rooted in the traditional Bhāratīya way of life. The institution conducts Śruti-yukta yāgas — both Smārta and Āgama — as well as Śrauta yāgas.

చిత్రకూటం 1835 సంవత్సరంలో శ్రీ ఎరగుడిపాటి వెంకటాచలం పంతులు గారు నిర్మించారు. ఇది తల్పగిరి రంగనాథస్వామి ఆలయానికి అనుబంధ నిర్మాణం — ఉత్సవ సమయంలో ముఖ్య విగ్రహాలను భద్రపరచేందుకు.
ఈ నిర్మాణంలో విష్ణు దశావతారాల అపురూప గోడ చిత్రాలు, పాలీక్రోమ్ కలప నక్కీసు అట్ట మరియు 7 బాలకృష్ణ తంజావూరు రివర్స్ గ్లాస్ పెయింటింగ్లు ఉన్నాయి.
Built in 1835 by Sri Yeragudipati Venkatachalam Panthulu as an ancillary structure to the Ranganathaswamy Temple — deities are brought here for rest during annual processions. The name "Chitra-kootam" means "collection of pictures" in Telugu.
It houses 1835-era Tanjore-school wall paintings of Dasavatara, an intricately carved polychrome wood ceiling with Matsyavatara at centre, and 7 Balakrishna Tanjore reverse glass paintings.

Native breeds — Ongole, Gir, Sahiwal — are our sacred duty to preserve. These cows provide Pañca-gavya (milk, curd, ghee, urine, dung) essential to all ritual traditions, and their A2 milk sustains the students of the Gurukula.
